Oppose current health insurance welfare bills. Support HR 676, 'Medicare for All'.

Stop Profit Driven Reform!
The American people lose, the corporate world wins. The present bills, with their mandates and subsidies for buying private insurance, create a giant welfare program for the drug and health insurance industries but little benefit for the American people.

This is not reform! Current legislation benefits the corporations that add no value to health care. With billions of new dollars from tax payers, the insurance companies will easily circumvent new regulations. The American people want access to health care, not more insurance.

More and more people recognize that this legislation will harm them. Democrats should recognize that it will be a disaster for the Obama administration and the Democratic Party. Witness Massachusetts!

Responsible legislators should oppose this bill and introduce a real reform like HR 676, Improved Medicare for All. It's the only option that provides truly universal, comprehensive, cost-effective and equitable health care for everyone. This American People will welcome this action.
